As a future lawyer (hopefully), I need to warn my party guests

An "Anti-Hooting" law was just passed in Charleston.  No lie.  Well, a suburb of Charleston called Sullivan's Island.  Not too far from Mount Pleasant, so please keep the hooting to a minimum.  It is now officially illegal to hoot, yell, shout, whistle and/or sing at any time "so as to annoy or disturb the comfort or repose of persons" on Sullivan's Island.

Not if you want a $500 fine.
Read about it here.
