So, today Chris and I are looking into what our ring bearer and flower girl will be wearing for the wedding. I guess the titles of "ring bearer" and "flower girl" are a little inappropriate because they're 10 and 9 years old -- a little older than traditional bearers and girls; they're probably best called junior groomsman and junior bridesmaid. Unfortunately, there's noone in either of our families that's old and/or young enough to qualify. No matter. Chris and I are not that picky. Chris wants them to wheel wagons with our bunnies down the aisle, but I have a feeling that's a terrible idea. Anything less than professional working animals are a recipe for disaster. So, animals at the wedding would probably be a bad idea unless this was our pet:
In deference to the fact that they are a bit older, I was thinking they could hold a banner together like this:
Unsure. Any suggestion out there about what to do with our questionable-status attendants?
We have decided on what they're wearing. For our flowergirl-junior bridesmaid-whatever:
With this cardigan (or something like it):
Both from J.Crew. I like this cardigan because the color is called "Georgia Peach"
For KC, we're going to get a traditional filipino barong made to match Trina's dress. Chris still has family in the Philippines, and he's been sending out detailed e-mails to describe what we want.
How cute is it with a little hat? I want to get a fedora.
Anyway, that's what's going on the wedding world today. Peace out.
